THM (FP) Chicken, Broccoli and Cabbage Stir Fry

Ingredients
28 gram Coconut Oil Virgin Organic, Expeller Pressed Unrefined (Spectrum), (1T/14g) 2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 1 medium Zucchini, baby .50 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh 1 cup Broccoli 1 tbsp Cilantro, raw 2 tbsp Onion, red (raw) .50 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar 1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
Cut Chicken into Bite Size Pieces and
Season with Garlic Powder,Turmeric, Sea Salt, Cayenne & Black Pepper

Heat Coconut Oil, in a Wok or large Skillet
& Stir Fry Seasoned Chicken
Add:
1 tbsp Cilantro, raw
2 tbsp Onion, red (raw)
1 Bunches of fresh Broccoli -- cut into flowerets
1/2 Cup Mushrooms -- cleaned and cut in half or sliced
1 medium Zucchini, baby -- cleaned and cut in slices
1/2 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage, fresh
1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips
Add:
1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce

Just Stir Fry all together until it cooks down.
