1.5 extra large (9" or longer) Banana, fresh2.0 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1/4 C. Splenda1 Tbs. Cinnamon, ground1 Tbs. Vanilla Extract1 C. Plain nonfat Greek yogurt 1/3 C. Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned Oats1 Tbs. Flaxseed1 Tbs. Chia Seed1/4 C. Kodiak Cake Power Cakes Protein Pack Flapjack and Waffle Mix1/ C. Pecans halves broken into pieces1/4 C. Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Add first 6 ingredients to blender (Bananas, Eggs, Yogurt, Cinnamon, Splenda, Vanilla) and blend.
Blend Oats, Flaxseed, and chia seeds in Magic Bullet or food processor until course flour consistency.
Add Oat flour and Kodiak Pancakes mix to blender and blend.
Scrap sides with spatula, mix in Pecan pieces and Chocolate Chips.
