1 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh 2 1tsp Olive Oil 1 dash Salt 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 dash Pepper, black
Preheat oven 400. Wash and remove outer leaves trim stem off, cut 1 to 1 1/2 inch steaks brush both sides with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper both sides bake 30 to 40 minutes They're really good at 40 min so edges start to brown and get crispy.
