20 oz Jennie-O Ground Turkey Lean 93% 6 tbsp Heinz Simply Ketchup .5 tbsp Poultry seasoning .25 tbsp Pepper, black 4 oz Onion, sweet, raw 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
Pre heat oven to 350
Chop onion
Mix together all ingredients
Add a tad of water to each compartment in your muffin pan
Add 4oz of mixture loosely mounded and without applying too much pressure (to prevent the water from overflowing). Place on baking sheet to prevent drips.
Bake for 30 - 35 mins. Allow to cool for 10 mins. Freeze the leftovers for quick meals.
