2 cup elbow shaped Macaroni, enriched 0.5 cup Chicken Broth - fat free, low-sodium Camplbell's (by SUNSHINE_AB) 4 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 1 tbsp Butter, salted 1 small Onions, raw .75 cup Friendly Farms Fat Free Skim Milk 0.66 cup Great Value Low Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese (by JALEEMN)
Directions
boil noodles
cube squash,boil in 5 C broth but only use .5 C to puree
add chopped onions to butter, saute 20 mins.
simmer squash 7 mins, reserve .5 c broth, discard rest.
puree squash, milk,onions,.
pour sauce over noodles, add cheese
