4.0 cup Earthbound Farm Organic baby carrots (Kroger/Dillons)4.0 cup Peas, edible-podded, raw (Snowpeas, Sugar snap peas)1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh2.0 spear (about 5" long) Broccoli, fresh4.0 serving "Great Value" Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn, No Salt Added (.5cups)4.0 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium4.0 serving Beef stew, canned
Pour the broth and canned beef into the pot and bring to a boil. Slice and wash all of the vegetables. Pour the vegetables into the broth ans let simmer.
