Mashed garlic cheese cauliflower

Ingredients
810 grams Cauliflower, frozen, cooked 5 serving Food Lion Colby Jack Cheese (by CBPARKER) 3 tbsp Sour Cream GarlicWhite pepper Salt.to taste
Directions
Place thawed cauliflower in microwave, pour in water halfway up the height of cauliflower. Place lignin microwavable container with top cracked and microwave on 80% for 25 mins stirring twice...then allow to sit in microwave and steam for additonal half hour with lid. Drain water then let sit and drain additonal water.

Then mash with fork, then stir in sour cream and grated cheese. Season to taste and let sit for 10-15 mins to thicken before serving.
