Healthy Chicken Vegetable Rice Soup

Ingredients
5.0 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw2.0 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Sweet peppers (bell)2.0 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked3.0 cup Stop & Shop Chicken Broth12.0 oz Baby Carrots Grimmway Farms (3 oz = about 10/11 baby carrots)48.0 oz Best Choice Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (frozen)3 lbs
Directions
Boil chicken in water just enough to cover. Cutaneous wash vegetables Remove chicken when done. Add veggies to chicken liquid and add stick. While vegetables cook cube chicken. When vegetables are close to done add Rice and chicken and seasonings of your choice I used sea salt poultry seasoning Mrs dash parsley celry seed a little cayenne pepper and black pepper. Simmer everything together in lg stock pot For 15 mins or so enough time to marry your flavors Be sure you add enough water to keep things covered. Taste stock if it's bland add some chicken bulion crystals. Serve hot . Serving Size: 10 servings
