1.5 lb Beef, round steak 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme 2 tsp Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce (by CALEKU) 0.250 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 clove Garlic 10 tsp Domino Light Brown Sugar 4 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 2 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added
1. Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic.
2. Coat steaks in flour, then brown each side, about 3 minutes.
3. Cut onion, layer in bottom of slow cooker.
4. Then layer sugar, worchestershire sauce, beef bouillon, and tomatoes.
5. Add steak to slow cooker.
6. Cover with ketchup.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
