Roast Red Potatoes

2 lbs. small red potatoes, scrubbed and cut in half3 tbsp olive oil1 tsp garlic salt1/2 tsp black pepper1 tsp dried crushed rosemary1 tsp parsley
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Put potatoes in large bowl. Drizzle oil and seasoning over potatoes. Stir to coat. Place potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake potatoes uncovered 40 to 45 minutes, turning halfway through baking time. Potatoes should be a light golden brown and tender.
Adjust seasonings to taste.
