2 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained 1000 mL Milk, 3.25% .1 cup Flour, white .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Cook butter and flour to make the roux
Add milk gradually, while stirring, on medium heat
Keep heating up until it bubbles and thickens
Drain, rinse and add the tuna
Add the grated Cheese, salt and pepper
Add to top of cooked pasta.
