Perfect Pumpkin Pie Muffins

1 3/4 cup all purpose flour1 cup splena (or sugar if you wish)1 Tablespoon baking powder1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 teaspoon ground ginger1/4 teaspoon allspice1 cup pureed pumpkin (canned)1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil2 tablespoons light brown sugar
Preheat oven to about 350-400 depending upon your oven (mine gets really hot so I put in on 350, my friends' doesnt, we do 425 at her house!)
Lightly grease your muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
Sift together the dry ingredients.... baking powder, sugar, flour, spices.
Separately combine milk, oil, brown sugar and pumpkins then whisk or lightly blend until smooth.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
Fill muffin cups and bake 18-20 minutes until they pop up and a knife comes out clean. Allow to cool and enjoy!
