Slow Cooker Veggie Butter Baked Rice

Ingredients
6 cup Brown Rice, long grain 7 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tbsp Salt .5 cup Butter, salted 2 cup, grated Carrots, raw 3 tsp Club House La Grille Vegetable Seasoning (by AACKATTACK) 4 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Measure rice into slow cooker. Add water, salt & bouillon powder and mix together. Grate carrots and dice onion finely - add to mixture. Cut butter into small squares and add to mixture. Sprinkle vegetable seasoning over top of mixture and cover. Cook on high 4 hours or low 8 hours, stirring occasionally. Can also be cooked in a conventional oven at 350F for 1-1 1/2 hours.

Serving Size: makes approximately 30 1/2 cup servings.
