Veggie rice Bake

Ingredients
.5 cup, diced Celery, raw .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup Butter, salted 1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup 4 fl oz Water, tap 14 tbsp kraft cheese wiz (by GETTINGHEALTHY3) 2 cup Bird's Eye, Mixed Vegetables, Frozen, California Blend (Carrots, Brocolli, Cauliflower) 1 cup Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice
Directions
Cook celery and onion in butter till golden brown. In a separate bowl combine soup, water, and cheese. Cook rice according to directions and mix with Vegetables and the rest of ingredients.
Put into a 2qt casserole dish, bake at 350 F 45 min
