16 oz Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cloves Garlic 1 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 1 cup Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added 1.5 cup Rice - Minute instant brown rice 3 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 3 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce .50 tsp Salt 1 tsp Emeril's Italian Seasoning (by GGBARKER48) 1 cup Cheddar Cheese fat free Kraft Shredded
Cook Turkey, garlic, and onion together and drain fat.
Mix all remaining ingredients except for cheese and pour into a 9x13 pan.
Top with cheese, cover with foil and bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
