Sausage, Kale Marinara sauce with Penne

Ingredients

Onion, sweet, rough chopped 1 jar Bertolli Tomato and Basil Sauce 5 Italian Turkey Sausage Hot (casings removed) 1/2 can of Cannellini Beans 3 cup chopped Kale 2 tbsp. Olive Oil 1 15oz can Diced Tomatoes Ronzoni 150 Penne pasta1/2 cup of V8 Vegetable Juice Cocktail 1 cup water1 tsp pepper1 tsp oregano1 tsp garlic powder
Cook pasta according to package directions (set aside)
Brown the sausage breaking into small bits
In a heavy bottom pot, add olive oil and heat to medium high.
Once hot, add onion and spices. After a minute or so, add cooked sausage.
When onions are soften, add all other ingredients (except pasta) and allow to simmer for an hour or so stirring frequently.
Serve over pasta. Enjoy!
