Ingredients
1 cup fresh/frozen strawberries1 medium to large size banana1 scoop rice protein powder1 tbsp ground flax1 tbsp flax seed oil3-4 packets of splenda sweetener1 cup water (more or less depnding on how thick you want it)
Directions
combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!!

drink up and enjoy!!
