Andi's Atkins Friendly BLT Salad

Ingredients
2 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese 2 dash Pepper, black 1 dash Salt 1 cup shredded Lettuce, red leaf (salad) 0.25 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 serving jack daniel's Old No.7 mustard, 1Tsp 1.50 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) 2 cup Baby Spinach (raw) 1.50 serving bacon, hormel black label bacon lower sodium 2 pcs 1 tbsp Pompeian Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar 1tbsp
Directions
Cook bacon til crisp, drain. Break into pieces.

Put baby spinach and red leaf lettuce in a bowl/plate and top with 6 sliced grape tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and crumbled cheddar cheese.

In a small bowl, separately, whisk together olive oil, both vinegars, mustard, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined. Top salad with this dressing.

Serving Size: Makes one hearty meal sized salad
