2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 16 tbsp chopped Shallots .5 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Baked Potato, with skin 16 oz Laura's Lean Boneless Top Sirloin Steak (by LABYRINTH) 4 oz Red Wine (dry) (by JILLSTIME2LOSE) 8 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked
1. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook steak, turning once, until desired doneness. Remove steak and thinly slice.
2. Heat remaining oil in same skillet and cook shallots, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes. Add wine and broth. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
3. Arrange sliced steak on serving platter, then drizzle with vinaigrette. Sprinkle, if desired, with freshly ground black pepper. Serve with broccoli and baked potatoes.
