5 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 Tbsp. Yeast, Fleischmann's BreadMachine 1/4 cup Wheat Gluten, Bob's Red Mill 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 110-115°F3 Tbsp. Canola Oil 3 Tbsp. Honey 1 1/2 tsp Salt 1/3 C Powdered milk
Pour water into bread machine. Add 2 1/2 C flour, yeast, gluten. Mix well. Let sit 10 minutes, makes the bread lighter. Add oil, honey & salt. Set the bread machine for whole wheat & let it go.
