Ingredients
4.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw2.0 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 cup Canned Tomatoes12.0 serving Spanish Olives w/pimento - 2 Olives8.0 tbsp Seeds of Change - Greek Feta Vinaigrette2.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
Directions
Chop whole ingredients and drain corn if using canned. Put all veggies in a large bowl and add vinaigrette. Let season at least 2 hours. (Overnight is even better!) Serving Size: Makes about 8 1 cup servings
