Steam Pumpkin with Carrots

Ingredients
100 gram(s) Pumpkin 1 tbsp Dried Shrimp (by SCORPIO_GIRL) 1 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw 2 clove Garlic 2 oz mince ground pork (by CFOURNIER6) 1 tbsp Parsley 5 gram(s) Green onion (spring onion) - grams (by PURPLEPIECAT) 1 serving China Lily Soya Sauce (1 Tbsp) (by VENUS6969) 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
Directions
Slice Pumpkin and Carrots. Chop garlic, dried shrimp, parsley and green onions. Mixed all the above except parsley and green onions to be added as garnishing or 3 minutes before it's cooked. Add Soya sauce and sesame oil and a dash of pepper. Steam for 15-20 minutes or till soft.
