No-Bake Chocolate Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients
1/2 cup Almond flour / meal2/3 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened1 tbsp Vanilla Extract2/3 cup Coconut Oil3 1/2 cups Unsweetened flaked coconut3/4 cup Raw honey1/2 tsp Sea salt
Directions
1. Melt honey on low heat on the stove-top.
2. Add coconut oil, melt all together.
3. Add flaked coconut and stir.
4. Add salt and vanilla extract and stir.
5. Pour in the almond meal.
6. Add in the cocoa, then stir.
7. Drop it by the spoonful onto a cookie sheet.
8. Place them in your freezer for 20 minutes, or until they are firm.
9. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.

Serving Size: Makes 20 - 1 inch balls
