KYRED Shrimp and Grits

Ingredients
2.3 serving Grits *quaker 5 minute grits* 10 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" lo Asparagus, fresh 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 0.1 tsp Ground Cayanne Pepper (by SIRCHRISRR) 1 tbsp Onion powder 1 tbsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Cilantro, dried 1 lime yields Lime Juice 8 oz Shrimp, cooked
Directions
Cut asparagus into 1" sections, dice onion and bell pepper.
Mix asparagus, bell pepper, 3/4 C onion, add spices, 1 tbsp Parm cheese, onion and garlic powder to taste. Let set 15 min. Place mixture in skillet and heat over medium heat with 1 tbsp Olive oil. Add soy sauce and lime juice. Heat 5 min then add shrimp and heat for 5 more minutes. Cook Grits according to direction add rest of parm cheese, onions and cayenne pepper to taste. Serve shrimp and vegetables over grits
