Ingredients
3.0 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry15.0 tbsp *Flax Seed5.0 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp4.0 tbsp Honey5.0 tbsp Maple Syrup3.5 serving "Fisher" Almonds, Sliced (1 oz)2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Emulsify almonds and add to other ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly, press into glass sprayed pan and bake on 425 for 40 minutes or until golden brown
