1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tbsp Spearmint 0.5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 1 fruit without skin, medium Kiwi Fruit 1 cup Spinach, frozen 1 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 16 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla 1 serving Apple, Fuji Small, 2 1/2" in diameter, 1 apple 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Chop up ingredients. Put in a blender. Add liquid forms of anti-androgen vitamins if you'd like (licorice root, vitamin b, vitamin e, vitex etc.). Drink! Serving Size:�makes 2 servings of 16oz drinks
