Easy Sweet and Sour Chicken

500 grams Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 16 oz Vegetables, Mixed, Eat Smart, Stir Fry 1 cup (8 fl oz) Sweet and Sour Sauce 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 cup Rice, Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice
Heat oil. Add chicken and cook and stir for 4 minutes.
Add vegetables and sauce; mix well.
Stir in water: bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover.
Reduce heat ans simmer for 5 mi utes.
Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes or until rice is tender.
Serving Size: 4-6
