4 stick Butter, unsalted 3 cup, packed Brown Sugar 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour 2 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched .5 tsp Salt 1.5 tsp Baking Soda 4 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) .25 cup, cubes Papayas .5 cup, sliced Mangos .5 cup (not packed) Raisins .5 cup Pumpkin seeds .5 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt .5 cup, shredded Coconut, raw 1 cup, slivered Almonds
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. mix dry ingredients and beat in. Use spoon to mix in fruits and nuts. bake at 350 for about 20 minutes for big cookies.
