Lo-Carb Taco Salad

Ingredients
10 oz browned ground beef (or turkey)1 can Rotel (r) Tomatoes & chilis2 tsp garlic powder2 tsp onion powder2 tsp chili powder4 c. shredded lettuce.25 c. Fat Free Shredded Cheese2 TBSP Sour Cream, reduced fat
Directions
1. Brown ground meat in skillet.
2. Add seasonings to the meat. Add the rotel tomatoes and let simmer.
3. Divide the veggies between two bowls and toss well.
4. Top the veggies with the meat mixture after it has simmered a bit.
5. Top with cheese and sour cream.
