1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar .5 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp chopped Scallions, raw .5 clove Garlic 3 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) .5 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled) 15 grams Walnuts 1 medium Mushrooms, fresh .25 cup bean red kidney 2 large Hard Boiled Egg 1 cup Garden Mix: Spinach, Romaine Lettuce, Red Leaf Lettuce .5 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
Mix the first three ingredients in the bottom of the jar, season with salt and pepper. Layer all the remaining ingredients in the order given. Refrigerate. To eat, turn upside down and shake up, eat as is or pour in a bowl.
