Farm Fresh Frittata

Ingredients
6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A1.0 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh3.0 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)0.5 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese1.0 tsp Salt0.5 tsp Pepper, black2.0 tbsp Basil
Directions
Sautee all veg in cast iron pan. Lightly beat eggs, milk, and seasonings just until combined. Pour over veg and bake at 350° F until done (30-40 min?). Sprinkle cheese on top and bake just until cheese melts. Cut into 6 wedges.
