Ingredients
A good whole wheat wrap preferably with omega 3's.Sour cream, make it light or fat free if you prefer.Some good low calorie cheese the one I have in the ingrediants are the best I could find.Nice crispy lettuce.Any type of sliced turkey is good. They all have high protien low fat and low calories.Some ripe peppers. Or any types of vegetables you prefer.
Directions
Spread sour cream on the whole wheat tortilla, then place the sliced cheese on the sour cream. Add the turkey on top of the cheese and place lettuce on top of the sliced turkey. Fry up your vegetables (or just you peppers) in a frying pan using no cal baking spray or butter, after they are fairly cooked to your liking place them on top of the lettuce. Wrap up and enjoy!

    I am a sucker for any kind of wrap. The wheat wrap is much better for you. I also like the idea of the veggies. I am definetly going to try this and let you know what I think. - 12/2/08
