1 package polenta1 large tomato1 package spinach1 cup shredded cheddar
Slice polenta and place 1/2 of the slices in the bottom of a bread pan. Layer in 1/2 spinach, 1/2 tomatoes, 1/2 cheddar. place another layer of polenta slices over the top and layer again with spinach and tomato. Top with rest of shredded cheese.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 min or until thoroughly heated.
