Ingredients
2 tbsp Canola Oil 14 oz Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, braised 1 large Onions, raw 9 clove Garlic 10 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 3 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell) .25 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned 1 oz Jalapeno Slices, Hot, Canned, Vlasic (by DEBRACCARTER) 9 serving Bullion - Chicken - Wyler's x 1 Cube (by ~~LILA) 2 tsp Cumin seed 3 serving canned rotel tomatoes (by MILDOLLARSMILE) .25 cup Corn Starch
Directions
Brown meat in oil. Add onion and garlic. Add water and simmer 30 min. Add all remaining ingredients and salt/pepper to taste. Let boil another 20-30 minutes.
