Waffles - Egg and Cream Cheese

Ingredients
2 large Eggs2 oz Cream Cheese Optional: a splash of vanilla and a dash of cinnamon
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Let sit for a few minutes while waffle iron heats. Cook on waffle iron according to your waffle iron's directions. This recipe fills my waffle iron once.

Serve with your choice of toppings. For an Egg Fast use butter and very low calorie maple flavored syrup. (I use Walden Farms Pancake Syrup - contains zero calories per 1/4 cup serving.)
