Ingredients
0.25 cup minute oats1 medium Banana, frozen1 cup Silk Pure Almond dark chocolate milk
Directions
Grind the oats in a blender for a minute or two, until it's a fine powder.
Add the banana and Almond milk, and blend until the banana is smooth
