Linda's Basic Avocado Spread

1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 1.5 fl oz Lemon Juice 1 dash Salt
1. Slice in half the avocado, slicing around the seed. Remove the seed. Scoop out the avocado.
2. Place the avocado into a small bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork.
2. Mix the avocado with the salt and the lemon juice. Mix until well blended.
