.75 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 2 medium Carrots, raw 1 medium Zucchini, baby 1 serving Onion - Yellow - 1/2 Cup (by ***DEBRA***) 5 tbsp Thai Kitchen Original Pad Thai Sauce (by TAMRACLOVEC) 2 oz Planters Honey Roasted Peanuts (dry roasted) 3 tbsp Cilantro, raw 112 gram(s) Noodle - Brown Rice Spagetti Pasta 56g -1 serv (by BEATBMI)
cook noodles according to instructions
cut zucchini, red pepper, green pepper, onion and carrots.
stir fry veggies until tender.
add cooked noodles to pan with veggies.
Toss everything around with tongs
add Pad Thai Sauce, heat for 2-3 minutes
remove from heat.
add in peanuts and cilantro
