Ingredients
8.0 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)8.0 tsp Granulated Sugar8.0 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil30.0 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato3.0 cup kale, raw8.0 serving Barilla Farfalle (BowTie) pasta (2 oz. / 56gr)1.0 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
Directions
Prepare Farfalle, drain and rinse in cold water. Wilt kale in olive oil and light soy. Quarter cherry tomatoes. Toss these ingredients. Whisk mayo and balsamic vinegar along with sugar until smooth. Pour over pasta and vegetable mixture and toss until evenly coated. Serving Size: 16 1 cup servings
