Ingredients
12 oz Pork Sausage, fresh, bulk, cooked 12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 oz Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
Directions
Brown sausage strain fat. In a large bowl, beat eggs with salt and pepper. Stir in cheese, almond flour and sausage. Oil muffin tins with fat or butter. Pour egg mixture evenly. Bake until done about 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
