2 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain .03 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) .05 cup Milk Cashew (Silk) - 1 cup (240ml) 1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 heaping tablespoon of oatsstevia to taste
Directions
Mix everything together in blender and top with a little sea salt
