Chicken Avacado Burger

Ingredients
1 pound Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken 1 serving avacado 1 medium 1 clove Garlic 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style)1 serving Italian Cubanella Pepper1/2 tsp Table salt 1/4 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Add all ingredients t o a large bowl and toss gently.
Shape into 4 burgers.
Grill either outside or on an inside grill.
