Ingredients
1 cup Vanilla Silk Soy Milk1 cup Bolthouse Farms Green Goodness8 blueberries1 small banana (frozen, peeled, sliced)8 raw almonds8 blackberries1/2 cup coconut water with pulp1/2 kiwi peeled and cubed2 tablespoons La Yogurt lowfat vanilla yogurt1 tablespoon wheatgerm2 tablespoons Life Extension Soy Protein Concentrate1 tablespoon honey1/2 teaspoon cinnamon10 ice cubes
Directions
Blend all ingredients in high speed blender.. Then add ice cubes last. Yields about 32-40 ounces.
