Whole Wheat Pancake with Applesauce

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 serving Egg - Large (1 egg) 0.25 tsp Table salt (by ECHO_E) 2 tsp Baking Powder .25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened .5 cup Milk, 1%
1. Mix whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt together.
2. Beat egg in a separate bowl, mix in applesauce and milk.
3. Pour egg, applesauce and milk mixture into dry ingredients. Stir until mixed together.
4. Pour 1/4 cup mixture onto hot griddle or skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
5. Serve with favorite toppings.
Serving Size: makes 7 4-inch pancakes
