.5 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk .13 oz Romano Cheese 2 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tsp grated lemon rind (by KSUSHASMOM) 1 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice .25 tsp Salt 1 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives 1 dash Pepper, black 96 gram(s) Flatout Thin Crust Artisan Pizza Flatbreads, Rustic White: 1 Flatbread (48 grams) (by METAGODDESS)
Place a large cast-iron skillet in the oven (or use a pizza stone). Preheat oven to 400F.
Combine first 6 ingreients in a small bowl. Spread ricotta mixture evenly over each flatbread leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edges. Place on pre-heated pan.
Bake in the center of the oven for 12 minutes or until the crust is crisp. Place crust on cutting board and sprinkle with chives and pepper.
