Quinoa enchilada bake

Ingredients
1.0 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned1.0 cup Beans, black0.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes1.0 cup La Victoria Enchilada Sauce1.0 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry1.0 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 tsp chili powder1 tsp cuminFresh cilantro
Directions
Cook quinoa according to package directions. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, adding 1/2 cup of cheese. Poor into a 9x9 prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Top with sliced avacodo and diced tomatoes(optional).
