Ingredients
24 oz Poached Chicken Breast (by CARLY783) 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw .5 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 8 tbsp Mayonaise (Aldi) (by BUNKYDURB)
Directions
poach chicken breast. Let cool. In a food processor, place 2 stalks of celery chopped, coarsey chopped onion, chop to fine. Remove to bowl. Place chicken in food processor, chop. Add to vegetables. Add mayonaise, salt, pepper, and stevia.
