Veggie Cheesesteak Sandwiches

Ingredients
2 serving La Brea Torta Sandwich Roll 4 slice (1 oz) Provolone Cheese 2 clove Garlic, minced 1 cup Arugula 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, sliced1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw, cut into bite size pieces 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw sliced1 serving Shoney's Pepperoncini - 4 peppers sliced2 tbsp Sherry Vinegar (by MEJ168) .50 serving Annie's Naturals Organic Worcestershire Sauce, 2 Tbsp 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Preheat oven to 475F. Toss cauliflower with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1/2 of the salt and pepper. Roast Cauliflower on cookie sheet until nicely caramelized and golden. Meanwhile, saute onions, garlic, and green peppers in 1 tbsp olive oil until golden and slightly caramelized. Once the cauliflower and pepper mixture is done. Layer onto 2 sandwiches and then top each with two slices of cheese. Broild under low broiler for a few minutes until cheese is melted and slightly golden. Sprinkle with pepperoncini's and serve.
