Easy Chicken marinara

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breastsPAM cooking sprayclove garlictomato sauce tomato pastediced tomato with chilesshredded cheese of your choiceItalian style bread crumbs milk-egg wash*rice is an option but more calories
Directions
Spray pan with Pam cooking spray
Either lightly pound or pierce chicken breasts
Dredge in a milk and egg bath and then coat with bread crumbs
Fry until cooked through (4-6 minutes a side)

In seperate pan add tomato ingredients with garlic and any herbs you like. (Use diced tomatos with chiles for an added kick) Heat.

Plate chicken, cover with a little tomato sauce, little cheese and then another spoonful of tomato sauce and then enjoy.

Can be served over rice.
