Ingredients
16 oz Beef, top sirloin 2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 2 cup Cauliflower, raw 2 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw 1 medium Zucchini, baby 4 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium 3 cup Canned Tomatoes
Directions
Cube beef and fry with onions on medium heat for 10 minutes. In a separate pot add remaining ingredients, cooked beef and onions simmer for 60 minutes
